Senior FP&A Manager

Edenbrook are working with a leading insurance broker for a Senior FP&A Manager. Working in a rapidly developing team, the role would be to manage the financial planning and forecasting for the brokerage.
Responsibilities include, but are not exclusive to:
• Preparing monthly Business Performance Pack and associated analysis
• Consolidating performance of all brands within Specialty and being to explain the “finance story” to senior management
• Liaising with Commercial Finance Directors across all brands to standardise reporting and ensure a consistent approach across the trading teams
• Supporting the business with M&A activity (including asset purchases and investment hires) and tracking performance following acquisition
• Preparing annual budgets, quarterly re-forecasts and long-term plans
• Ad hoc analysis to understand trading performance and identify cost savings
• Coordinating with Financial Control to help understand cashflow, particularly the impact of cash collections from income
• Coaching and supporting the existing two senior finance analysts within FP&A
Key responsibilities for this role include:
• 3 Years PQE (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, Etc.)
• A Minimum of 5 years of experience within FP&A/Commercial Finance
• Experience within the Insurance industry is helpful but not a prerequisite of the role
